• I have studied modules in marketing management, marketing research, integrated marketing communications, public relations, brand management and campaign planning, plus more • The Live Project module allowed me to gain practical experience in Project Management. Promoting three different student radio shows on the Students’ Union radio Frequency 1350. Due to my interest in events management, I chose to plan and co-ordinate an event as part of the promotion. This was a live acoustic event featuring unsigned bands; the event was named Live Play Unsigned. This improved my confidence and initiative to work under pressure within a given time scale. • I produced a strategic marketing and promotion plan for my final year dissertation project to integrate an Events Conferencing company in Mallorca into the UK market. • Successfully planned and hosted the organisation of my University Graduation Ball, I am currently negotiating being the planner for next years ball. • Produced an Event Plan for a UK tour as the representative of 6 unsigned bands. The finale of the tour will be a separate event, which is a mini festival held in Mallorca. This plan will be implemented at a later date in my own time. • Planned and Hosted a family members wedding as part of my dissertation portfolio.
