CREDIT VETTING
• Checking the completeness of the information on the postpaid application forms and all the attachment thereon.
• Verifying the authenticity of the attached documents to ascertain the credit worthiness of the applicant.
• Cross checking with the credit bureau for the credit history, employment history and any other previous transaction records.
INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION
• Creation of customer’s accounts
• Setting credit limits according to proof on income
• Debt collection and reve
• Attending to billing queries and enquiries
• Recording and sending to accounts for checking Direct deposits by customers
• Debt chasing through calling customers
• Trade referencing
• Creation of customer accounts
• Extracting the roaming cycle summary report and preparation of the roaming collection report
• Communication with roaming partners on amounts outstanding
• Communication with Syniverse for any queries on our portal and if there is any need for updates
• Checking if there are any payments received from roaming partners
• Reconciliation of Third part invoices
