• Hands-On experience of managing a 24x7 IT Helpdesk, supporting backend systems
(Active Directory based servers, Hyper-V) and customer-end devices (PCs, Mobile
Devices, Phones, etc.)
• Managed full documentation of the existing IT systems, performed a root cause
analysis of network & system reliability issues
