Developing and managing products & services, to drive revenue and competitive advantage of the function
Managing end-to-end product & partnership management (from outsourcing potential partners to product planning, launching, and GTM planning for continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders)

Developing reports, analysis and arranging Partners Payment Settlement Process for VAS services
Executing operation activities and GTM plans on existing services and new services initiatives to support on decision making and developing detail reports and analyze data to track the product performance and revenue trend as needed

Engage with cross functional team for product rollout activities
Conduct SIT and UAT activities in product and services rollouts
Perform business verification to IT system related updates or changes which impact to products and services
Manage the product and services’ customer complaints along with Customer Care team
Track the product and service reports in regular basic and payment settlement process towards the partners in a timely manner by aligning with Finance and required stakeholders
Support Regulation and Internal Audit processes
Support operation / rollout of monthly GTM plan & continuous monitoring
