The Project consists of constructing two Steam Turbine Buildings each including a Steam Turbine generator foundation, a Condensate Pit, An Electrical room, a Cable spreader room, a Cooling water pit and three Transformers with Fire walls.
Responsible for budget, scheduling, cost control, contract applications etc…on the 20million US $ project .

Site Manager on QATALUM Aluminum Smelter Project. State of Qatar.
The Project consists of building a Cast House and an Anode Baking plants with many other buildings and substations. Including architectural finishing and electro mechanical for buildings
Responsible for all Civil works on the 70 million US $ project.

Acting Project Manager on RAS Abu Fontas Desalination Plant. RAF-B2.(Live Plant)State of Qatar.
The plant produces 20million gallons of potable water per day.
Responsible for all Civil works and budget, scheduling, etc..on the 35 million US $ project.
The Project includes 2 evaporators, 2 boilers, 2 concrete tanks of 75000m3 capacity each, 2 switch gear buildings, pumps and vessels foundations and many other equipment foundations. The project includes 40000m3 of concrete.

Civil superintendent on RAG and Flare Mitigation Integrated
Project, Qatar Petrolium(QP).Qatar.
Responsible for all civil works OSBL and ISBL for NGL 3 and 4.
Responsible for all structural steel erection for ISBL 3 & 4
The project includes:foundations for pipe racks, and a Flare stack,
fnd for ERG compressors, fnds for OFF SPEC PRODUCT DRUMS
fnd for HEAVY OIL DRUM, fnd for COLD DRAIN DRUM

Installation of 2x75m high structural steel towers(207tons each)
for two Purg Bin(133tons each) including two Cycle Gas Cooler
(109tons each).
Installation of a Cooling water plant including three pumps
(11tons each)and all necessary structural steel and pipes.
Installation of two Pelletizing machines(75tons each)with all
accessories(rotary feeders, screw conveyors, vessels etc…).
Installation of three Bagging machines and its structure.
Installation of 18 Pellet and Blending vessels and all related
structural steel.
Installation of two Vent Gas Recovery plants with all related
equipments(pumps, vessels, compressors and motors) and
structures.
Installation of all necessary piping for the project.
Responsible for all rigging procedures.

High Pressure Boilers, Desalination Plant, Interconnecting
Pipeways, North and South Storage & Blending, North and South
Air Compressor Houses, Nitrogene Plant, three Control Buildings,
two Substations and a High Lift Pump House with Travelling
screen.
Responsible for all Civil/Structural activities in the projects
including:
Coordination of Civil Subcontractors, Monitoring progress against
planned versus actual.Assisted cost engineers in assessing
change orders and worked closely with project schedulers on
coordination of civil/structural activities into overall project
schedule.
Fully responsible for the erection of 5700 tons of structural steel
and installation of 35000 linear meters of underground pipes
from 4inch to 48inch diameter.
