Brief Job Description: (Hala Kuwait)
• Makes appropriate service bookings or reservations received through call, email or walk-in customers such as meet and assist service, flower arrangement/ visa delivery assistance, limousine and hotel accommodation assistance and visa upon arrival requests and enters all data into the system.
• Meets and assists the arriving and departing passengers at the boarding gate or check-in counters and assists them with the immigration or check-in formalities.
• Arranges or carries out flower delivery service, endorses the passengers to the concerned personnel/ hotel for the limousine services or hotel accommodation assistance, etc.
• Attends to and replies to customer inquiries, concerns or requests received via phone, email or walk-in customers at Hala Kuwait Counter.
• Follow through with the customers or clients after the completion of service and cross sell other services.
• Generates reports required as assigned and necessary - incidents reports, etc.
(Pearl Lounge / Derwaza Lounge)
• Provides various receptionist services to the lounge, attends to the guest' inquiries, concerns etc.
• Meets and greets the guests, advises them f the lounge's services and requirements, enters their data into the system and guides them to the lounge's facilities as necessary.
• Answers and attends to phone calls and emails received at the lounge.
• Conducts public announcements inside the lounge through the use of a public-address system for reminders, flight related or boarding time announcements and other important information.
• Generates a Lounge Handling Report for each airline, corporate customer or walk-in passenger handled during the shift.

(Call Center)
• Answers and attends to all general phone call inquiries, concerns or request received in the call center and or directs them to the intended recipient or personnel for the required action.
• Provides administrative assistance in creating name cards for the Hala Kuwait meet and assist service, coordination services, checking and responding to Hala Kuwait received mails and assists in doing the needed follow-up with the customers, etc.
• Carries out cross selling of other services/ telemarketing activities.
• Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of NAS and their customers.
• Responsible for excising due diligence toward Health and Safety of self & others in the organization as well as environ with the customers, etc. mental protection issues.
• Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/Task performed.
• Responsible for reporting to his superiors' occurrences, events violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
