• Identify the client's electrical plan needs and provide accurate technical computations for plant capacity
• Conduct site inspections and ensure electrical installations complies with the Philippine Electrical Code
• Efficiently resolves customer complaints, requests, inquiries, and handle applications for electric service
• Responsible for giving orders and supervision to field representatives
• Conducts field survey and design proposal for distribution utility facilities extension and relocation
• Prepare accurate technical computation on projects handled
• Coordinates with respective offices (e.g. design team, construction team) for timely project execution
• Collaborated with various government offices to support electrification programs and Meralco projects
• Promote the company's service offerings to boost the sales
• Facilitates the testing and commissioning of Net Metering applications
• Regularly inputs and manages all transactions in the database
• Participated in CXIS (Customer Experience Innovation Summit) which broadened my capabilities in providing improved service delivery of Meralco services to its customers
• A recognition given among the best CSEs who yielded high performance by processing applications in the least amount of time
