Architect as well as Sustainable Urban Designer by educational background, with strong analysis and strategist skills.

Consumption Performance of an Existing Urban Community.
- Done by compiling and simulating climate sensitive sustainable development designs with
focus on comfort, optimization, efficiency and consumption of resources.
- Significant findings include a reduction of 16.6 degrees Celsius in air temperature, through
the introduction of passive design strategies. The overall changes in the environment
resulted in a total saving in energy consumption of 2, 091 MWh per year for this villa. This
cost saving of 624, 6 AED for the year amounts 4, 5% saving on the total consumption.

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects - from sketch plans up until full sets of working drawings for Home Owners Association and Council submissions
· Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
· Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed
· Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
· Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural designs
· Use Caddie equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings
· Develop electrical and water reticulation design and fire plan to incorporate into architectural drawings
· Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications

· Prepare detail and assembly drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided
· Make necessary calculations for drawings (including area schedule and fenestration calculations using Caddie Software equipment)
· Prepares and assists in drawing revisions
· Prepares as-built drawings in the prescribed drawing sheet given by the client/consultant and assist in project close-outs
· Maintains knowledge of company standards and incorporate these into architectural designs
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned form time to time
· Prepare written communications for 3D renderings of final product, engineers and clients.
