Receptionist Duties:
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all office materials.
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Answer questions and address complaints.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages, couriers and distribute to concerned person.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels.
• Check, sort and forward emails.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Monitor office expenses and costs.
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, events)
Underwriter Duties:
1)Sending & answering emails
2) Reviewing insurance proposals
3) Assessing background information of the client
4) Selecting appropriate and competitive terms for the client
5) Calculating risk and decide how much is the premium
6) Preparing quotations & policies, sometimes adding specific benefits when required by the client
7) Keeping detailed records of policies
8) Preparing renewal terms for existing clients (downloading Active member list, Claims utilization report, Addition/Deletion of Members from Smart Health)
9) Preparing loss ratio
10) Communicating with the clients
11) Sending Confirmations to Insurance Company
