✓ Identify opportunities within existing customer base and prospect names for appropriate solutions and suite of products covering Trade Finance. ✓ Provide advisory services to internal and external customers on international trade governing rules i.e. UCP 600, URC 522, URR 525, ISP 98, ISBP 2013, and etc. ✓ Work with a team of account relationship managers to understand their portfolio and customers' needs and joint marketing calls to explore business opportunities. ✓ Act as point of contact for trade products to support account relationship managers for a designated portfolio. ✓ Give training on trade products and process flows to account relationship manager via designated academy events or branch visitations. ✓ Liaise directly with account relationship managers and a central portfolio management team on various marketing activities and initiatives. ✓ Engage new-to-bank customers with an aim of harnessing their trade flows into the Bank upon implementation of new limits. ✓ Primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of utilisation for these customers for an initial period and overseeing continued growth from existing customer base. ✓ Contribute to the delivery of financial results both in respect of revenues and customer assets and liabilities to provide high level funding to support the various industries asset growth strategy. ✓ Plan new product launches or propose product enhancements to ensure that products and services meet customer and market requirements. ✓ Provide consultation to tap on the prospective export and import business opportunities and arranging leads and solutions related to cash management products.
