• Responsible for coordinating with the purchasing of print space in newspapers and magazines, and broadcast time on radio and television for clients.
• To analyze statistic models to determine the best media plan for the client, based on maximum media effectiveness for the client.
• To work with the media team and to determine where to place ads based on the client's objectives and budgets.
• Coordinating between Advertising Agency & Printing/Production Houses
• Working with the Marketing Team & assisting the Brand Manager during promotions/product launches
• Solely in-charge of the production of Bus Branding, Taxi Branding and Look - Walker Departments and the processes to be done for branding.
• Interacting within the internal department and the clients to make sure that the jobs are delivered on time.
• Solely in-charge of the Brand Activation.
• Building a strong relation with our clients & Client Servicing
• Co -ordinator with the Suppliers to meet the requirements of the clients and providing them the best rates.
• Making sure that the job is done within the deadline of the customers.
• Co-ordinate with the marketing team and the designers to execute the assigned work on time
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Typing Letters, statements, quotations etc.,
• Receiving phone calls, attending customer inquiries and greeting visitors
• Fixing and confirming appointments
• Responsible for arranging meetings, air travels, booking hotels etc.,
