1. Inquiry generation: cold calling, visits or emailing the company profile, for new clients. For existing client’s regular calls or visits based on the status of current projects. 2.Quotations and follow ups: Preparing the quotations as per payment terms agreed by the accounts department. Regular follow ups on the offered quotations, negotiating price and closure of orders. Preparation of submittals or sample to client request for project approvals as needed. 3.Delivery, Invoice and delivery order submission: Confirmation of delivery after confirmation from stores, invoice preparation as per payment terms and credit approval from accounts team. 4.Payment follow up: Sending monthly statement of accounts to clients, regularly following up their accounts/finance department for payment. Sending proforma invoices, collections of cheques or cash with existing or new clients. 5.Reports: Reporting to MD with daily, weekly and monthly - sales and visit. Also indication of live and tender quotations for clear vision of monthly /yearly sales targets. 6. Submittals and pre - qualifications: Preparing product submittals and pre- qualification documents for product approvals in new projects to consultants and MEP contractors
