I am working here as SHES Training Coordinator for Qatar Gas - North Field Expansion Project. I owe the following responsibilities but not limited to:

 Develop and implement SHES Training material based on the scope of work.
 Identify, develop and implement SHES training solutions by analyzing incident trends and assessing employee learning needs in consultation with recognized subject matter experts and project teams.
 Develop and maintain timely, well-organized curricula, lesson plans, training materials and resources.
 Ensure training curricula meet regulatory and Project requirements.
 Proactively identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and modules.
 Coordinate SHES training schedules with department supervision and SHES Trainers.
 Oversee new and transferred personnel SHES and Craft training.
 Establish and implement methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness.
 Audit internal SHES Trainers and modules to ensure learning quality.
 Ensure that training documentation and records are maintained.
 Liaise and coordinate with external training sources such as First Aid Training, Rigging, Authorized Gas Tester, Fire Warden training, Rope Rescue training etc.

I worked here as HSE Supervisor for Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery - Clean Fuels Project. I owed the following responsibilities but not limited to:

 To organize safety awareness campaigns.
 To give toolbox talks in Hindi, English and Urdu.
 Development and implementation of Contractor’s HAZCOM Program development and site safety implementation.
 Development and implementation of Safety Observation Reporting and Intervention program.

 Deliver Inductions and safety training to all subcontractors, internal staff and vendors.
 Conduct the post-training assessments and distribute the helmet stickers and training cards after successful completion of training.
 Develop HSE Training Packages in compliance with Client’s Health & Safety Manual.
 Maintain the HSE Training database for the project wise.
 Deliver refresher training as per Contractor Site Safety Program, or after an accident/incident, or after update in standards/procedures/statutory requirements.
 Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and submit to HSSE Manager.
 Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop a Training Matrix. Keep on updating the matrix as and when required. Utilize Hazard Identification Plan to update training matrix.
