Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of staff manpower requirements.
Interact directly with the Director of Operations, Regional Operations Officer, Project Managers, and Departmental Line Managers to discuss & understand the requirements based on Project Sites & HO.
Source requirement through job Portals (Bayt.Com), Company Website, LinkedIn to source the Prospective applicants that require specialized skills to fill niche job roles.
Short listing close match applicants as against probable matches after a thorough pre-screening of the applicants CV v/s the skill sets required.
Perform a Technical Filter of applicants, and provide Preliminary Interview Assessment Reports to Line Managers and Project Managers for feedback for Interviews.
Schedule Interviews with shortlisted applicants for an interview and organizing the interview with interview panel (Project Sites & Head Office).
Negotiate the Employment Offers with the selected applicants & submit Interview Assessment Feedback to the CEO for final approval.
Design, Negotiate & extend Employment Offer Letters to all approved applicants.
Prepare and submit weekly recruitment status reports to HR Director & HR Manager to monitor the progress of the Opened vs closed positions.
Well versed in designing job descriptions in accordance with the company specific requirements to fulfill the desired vacancy.
Also handling the workers (Blue Collar) requirements as per the Civil & MEP Departments.
(Successfully mobilized 3500 Civil & MEP skilled & un skilled workers in the year 2015.)
Coordinating with Overseas agency in India & Pakistan as per the requirements & raising the demand in Emigrate.
Scheduling the Technical interviews for Civil & MEP categories in India and Pakistan.
