Floating inquiry packages to suppliers/manufacturers/subcontractors;
Follow up for receiving offers in time;
Evaluating offers commercially and technically coordinating with section head, negotiating payment and proposed delivery terms and issue letter of intent/ blanket purchase order to suppliers.

The main Purpose of conducting this particular study is to seek, learn and analyses the consumer behavior of international super market brands and to attain a competitive edge over the other Indian markets and not to forget the protection of the consumer. Business Planning (May 2011) Real-Estate Venture – Marketing and Selling of UK Residential properties to the GCC nations.
Project on Logistics Management in Construction Industries (June 2008) Researched and completed an analysis on Logistics in a given set of construction companies in India. This project was aimed at studying the current market, their management techniques, what the company was lagging management wise and also involved in understanding the various factors that would influence its growth and the strategies involved in targeting the profit for the organization. Project on Extensive Survey (group project) Researched and team worked in designing a Water supply scheme. Project report on the proposal of a new tank and restoration of a tank. Project report on proposed road link between Tejaswinagar and Tivac factory.
