Testing scope involves enable network Change management, enable Incident & Problem Management, Assurance Appointments Management as well as Assurance Ticket of Work Management for FTTN network through Remedy. Project Name: PIN Change(Cards and Payments):
This program was divided into two sub projects:
•PIN Change at ATM: It involved testing the PIN change process on all the types of cards. After the PIN change at ATM on Primary card, testing was performedto verify the changed PIN is synchronized with the other dependent cards and validate the same by performing the transactions on Primary and Dependent cards.
•PIN Maintenance via Spider: - It involved changing the PIN through the Spider terminal(Spider is Westpac’s teller application, the accesss to which is limited to the banks staff.
Once the PIN is changed through Spider terminal on the Primary card.PIN synchronization on the respective secondary cards was tested by performing a transaction with the changed PIN.
