Technical
•Ensure/perform maintenance/diagnose & repairs on PVC Extrusion, Injection blowing Machines, Mould Maintenance, crushers, mixers Hull-off/ cutting machine changing require mould specification and pins, die-head, pulverizes, Extrusion gears, limit switch/sensors, cooling beds, heaters cores, thermocouples and temperature controller boards for pressure pipes, electrical insulators, PVC plastics to prevent down time.
•Maintenance, Diagnosing, laying of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, fluid lines, plumbing/fittings, Control system diagnosis-Hydraulics Cylinders/Cores, Control Valves, Actuators/Solenoid Valves, Potentiometer Balancing/sensors, Heat Exchangers, Combine Heat Power Cycle( CHP), Cooling tower/Reservoirs
• Ensure/performs Routine & Preventive Maintenance checks on 500KVA-Perkins, 900KVA-CAT, and 1300KVA Twin-Cam Volvo Industrial Diesel Generators/Power plants-Bleeding injectors, Lubrication, Radiator Flushing, Fuel-filter Change, EMCP Checks/Recommendations, other Utilities & drives in Cable production Factory.
•Performs corrective/breakdown, preventive maintenance on mechanical drives systems-belts, gears, pumps, compressor, vacuum pumps, couplings, conveyors, guide Rails and tools identification.
• Familiar with industrial control systems PLC, DCS, HMI simulations-CML, Ericson and Siemens programmers.
•Maintenance design/Optimization, Technical Document Review
•Understands design schemes for Mechanical systems in
Steam power plants, Analysis.
