Specific Function:
• Site visit for project Information on Mobilization to site
• Preparation of personnel to safely and efficiently launch a pig from the production pipeline pig launcher
• Engineer both pipeline and process project as assigned develops operations in the field and interface with clients
• Develop written safe working procedures for process activities
• Responsible of management of logistic division, Planning of moving equipment to different locations for project, exporting and Importing equipment
• Responsible for Contractor activities follow-up and support availability studies
Hands-on:
• Aveon project - Chemical cleaning, oil flushing and air blowing
• Chevron EGP 3 Phase A&B project (subsea 7) - pigging and hydro test operations
• EGTL Project -Chevron Escravos - (Gas to liquid plant) Air blowing, Retro- jetting, Nitrogen purging/Preservation and pneumatic testing operations/Air supply Operation.
Specific Function:
• Presenting and defending inspection reports before system owner
• Tracing pipeline and vessels with pipeline instrumentation diagram (P&IDs)
• Coordinating crew for Air blowing, nitrogen purging/preservation & Rig up/ Rig down operations
• Carrying out routine maintenance on equipment
• Performing all other task as directed by the field engineers and project manager on site Operator/Maintenance:
• Lifting pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection pumps, pressure Pumps, Air dryer& Compressor Equipment
• Rig-up and rig-down activities onshore/offshore
