Position Held: QA/QC coordinator
Job Function: Provision of QA/QC/inspection supervision and construction services.
Major projects involved in: Construction of Liquid Treatment Facility (phase 1) at Amukpe Flow Station (EPC project) Sapele.
These includes the following activities: Construction of Equipment plinths (concrete works) according to design and specifications.
Installation of Equipments (injector pumps, water treatment packages, mono pumps, 12, 000 tons storage tanks, crude oil export pumps, separators ets)
Piping, hook up and commissioning of equipments.
Construction of steal shelters for equipments.
Construction of solid separator pit.
Construction of Generator house.

Position Held: Senior Site Supervisor (Civil Projects)
Job Function: Provision of Inspection supervision and construction services for upgrade and maintenance of oil and gas infrastructure, contract management.
Ensuring compliance of projects with relevant Standards (DEPS &SCS), scope of work and drawings.
Planning and executing quality on site, production/fabrication workshop.
Executing quality control of production documentation.
Ensuring that all relevant inspection/tests are carried out accordingly and reports documented.
Planning and co-ordination of progress review meetings on site/workshop monthly.
Register all non-conformity and follow up till closed down.
Report all non-conformity to Discipline Engineer.
Monitor & report the status of quality activities on site/workshop daily.
Initiate and monitor quality and HSE improvement measures.
Audit project site/activities to ensure compliance to Quality Management System requirement.
Ensuring compliance to all project HSE requirement and initiate review if need arise.
Major projects involved in:
Construction of Domestic Gas Plant (DOMGAS) NAG2 at Utorogu field.
Construction of 4 numbers security watch Tower at Utorogu field.
Construction of foundation and erection of 56m Telecom mast at Utorogu flow station
Refurbishment of 36nos Edjebar Learning Village (ELV) bungalows
Construction of new Golf Pavilion at Shell Ogunu
Construction of chemical shed for S.P.D.C. fire service station.
Upgrade of Shell Industrial Area filling Station at Ogunu.
Construction of mini water scheme at wash ramp car park.
Flood control and remedial works at the UPS static building main office Area SPDC
Flood control and repair of saver pit at heavy fleet maintenance workshop, IA Ogunu Warri.
Civil maintenance works at Ughelli waste dump site
Upgrade of 30nos management bungalow at residential area Ogunu Warri
