chain execution for AI driven retail technology operations,
supporting rollout and service continuity across multiple store

teams and stakeholders for order processing, shipment tracking,

Engineering, handling the full cycle from indent raising and vendor
identification through to negotiations, PO placement, and delivery follow
up across categories including structural steel, reinforcement, formwork,
and waterproofing. Maintained a lean vendor base through market
benchmarking and supplier performance tracking, processing 50+
purchase requests monthly while leveraging SAP ECC, TCS ION, and ERP
systems to ensure procurement accuracy and audit-ready
documentation.

Sourced and procured the full range of construction materials across
civil, structural, finishing, and MEP categories for 10 residential projects
at SRP Construction, managing the entire procurement cycle from indent
raising and competitive tendering to vendor finalisation and purchase
order placement. Developed and maintained a vendor base of 35
suppliers through regular market surveys and rate negotiations, ensuring
material availability in line with project schedules while controlling costs
and upholding quality standards. Tracked deliveries, resolved supply
shortfalls, and worked closely with site and project teams to ensure zero
