Project Title : Mall of Oman
• Responsible for All construction activities in Main Building 2 & Multi Level Car Park and progress
• Leads the construction & MEP teams, as per project and company requirement. Review shop drawings, method statements, approvals and control site for all ongoing site activities and received materials to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Resolve the technical and commercial issues with supplier, contractor & Consultant.
• Communicate with the Top Manager continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns including determining and procuring tools and materials to be delivered at specific times to conform to the workloads and schedule.
• Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and advising work sequence for project.

Project Details: Project included 3162 nos. car parking facilities that connected to People Mover
Station & Concourse Link Metro Station to Metro Rail. Massive MEP & high standard
internal & external finishing work. Total area 50000 square meter to be completed in
650 days. Concourse Link Connecting to Metro Rail & all Infrastructure works like
Utilities & Road Work.
Responsible For all Construction Activities & Progress
• Project Coordinator
• Resolve the technical and commercial issues with supplier, contractor & Consultant.
• Arranging site mock-ups, and get approval from consultant / client.
• Maintain high personal safety and environment standards in accordance with Project
compliance / Company policies
Project Title : Sidra Medical and Research Center (BP # 9 ) ( G + 9 floor)
• To lead the sub-contractors to ensure full understanding of information provided and executing
the work as per the drawings and specification.
• Get the works, under supervision, inspected and approved by the client / consultant.
• Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site
management activities.
• Tracking of the raised Request for Inspection / Testing (RFIT) and final handing over of the
project and closing out of Non- Conformance notice (NCN) and Surveillance Deficiency Report
(SDR).
• Arranging site mock-ups, and get approval from consultant / client.
• Prepare daily Progress report.
Project Title : FY-07 American Airbase Project, Aludid Air Base, Qatar
Responsible for All construction activity and progress
• Execute the Project as per project and company requirement. Review shop drawings, method
statements, approvals and control site for all ongoing site activities and received materials to
ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review Subcontractor Drawings and scope of work and Coordinate with them. Monitor their
performance in view of project schedule. Settle all techno commercial disputes / clarifications
during execution of project.
• Tracking of the raised Request for Inspection / Testing (RFIT) and final handing over of the
project and closing out of Non- Conformance notice (NCN) and Surveillance Deficiency Report
(SDR).
• Arranging site mock-ups, and get approval from consultant / client.
• Prepare daily Progress report
• Assist to Construction Manager continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns regarding Projects.
• Regular visits to site for global monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress.
• Get the works, under supervision, inspected and approved by the client / consultant.
• Coordinating with Subcontractor & monitor their performance in view of project schedule.
• Track for Non Conformance notice (NCN) and Surveillance Deficiency Report (SDR). And be ensuring to close it as early as possible.
• Raise and track Snag list (RFS) for the inspection and final handing over of the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present to Construction Manag
