General lifting gear and equipment inspection in Onshore RIG.
•Related to lifting point of pad eyes inspection using NDT (MPI and DPI)
•Responsible for preparation of Certificates, Register of Lifting Equipment, Rejected and Quarantine Report as well as MPI reports also.
•Client *: Arabian Drilling Company and Dalma Gulf Drilling Company
1 Month (S/D) job Worked as a Certified Person of Lifting Operation (CPLO): DOME International through Brunel India at Balhaf in Yemen LNG (Train# 2)
•Reporting to shutdown Area manager
•To site survey for near electrical power line / power line crossing, area access, Pipe line crossing and any other hazards is observed
•To confirm and check the crane path way and area accesses from one location to another location.
•To confirm if there are any special requirement for rigging with the vendor load test, to the respective drawing/ latest document and information, international standard and Valid TPI & ABA certificates.
•To check the rigging activities and method of rigging, correct usage and if any observation is found, I will brief to them for corrective action.
•To ensure necessary work permits are in place
•To make the on-spot lifting plan / Standard Lifting plan.
•To ensure and monitor correct working practices are being followed
•To Ensure and appropriate Tag lines provided on the units.
•To calculation and make the lifting plans.

•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing such as Mobile Cranes (Truck-Mounted, All Terrain, Rough Terrain), Crawler Crane up to 600 MT (Manitowoc, Terex-Demag, Kobelco, Hitachi), Lorry Loading crane and Side boom pipe layer.

•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing Fixed Crane such as Tower Crane up to 25 MT and Self-Erecting Crane.

•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing such as Electric Overhead Travelling Crane up to 75 MT, Gantry Crane up to 100 MT, slewing Jib Cranes, Electric hoists (Chain & wire ropes) with trolleys, Runway / monorail beams and cantilever beams

•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing of Container Handling (Sea port cranes) such as Rail Mounted Quay Crane (RMQC), Dockside Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane (RTG), & Container Shifter Reach Stackers (RS-KALMAR), Spreader bar (20Ft, 35 ft, 40ft) & etc.
•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing such as Mobile/Aerial Elevated Work Platform (MEWP-boom and scissor lifts) and Suspended Access Work Platform (Cradles), Mast Climbing Work Platform (Passenger Hoist & Material Hoist) and Passenger Lift.

•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing of Hand Powered Equipment such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist, Tirfors (Jaw winches), Winches (Manual), Beam trolleys, and Jacks (Hydraulic, Mechanical).
•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing below hook attachment such as Lifting Beam & lifting frame and Spreader beam & bars, C-hooks & etc.,
•Thorough visual examination and Load Testing Cargo Carrying Units (CCU). Such as containers, Material baskets and Man baskets, skid, skip Gas cylinder racks.
•Thorough visual examination and Verification of Lifting Gears such as slings (steel wire rope slings, flat & round webbing & slings chain), shackles, eyebolts, hooks, plate clamps, Master links & rings, beam clamps (fixed & adjustable), swivels, Turnbuckles, lifting caps, Drum lifters, pulleys, Sheave / Snatch block and etc.,
•Witness for Color coding on all of the Lifting gears after inspection.
•To ensure and Monitor color code display board at appropriate are in place
•Thorough visual examination and Verification of Test weight by Load cell
•Thorough visual examination and functional test, fitness Certification of Heavy Earth moving Equipment such as Wheel & Steer skid Loader, Backhoe Loader, compact Roller, Dozer,
VELOSI Certification LLC, Qatar: Approved by QP for Cranes & Lifting Equipment

•Chain conveyor, Slot conveyor and Hanger assembly assembling and installation work as per drawing.
•Blower duct installation work as per drawing.
•Primer booth, primer dust protection and structure installation work as per drawing
in Mumbai Port Trust.
•Preventive, Periodical and Predicative maintenance of Rail Mounted Quay Crane
•RMQC (Rail Mounted Quay Crane - BM TITAN) with capacities ranging 40 MT with Hydraulic Spreader and 60 MT Hook Mode.

•Preventive, Periodical and Predicative (planning) maintenance of E.O.T./ H.O.T, & Gantry / Goliath Cranes, GRAB Cranes, Electric Hoist, Monorail and Runway Beam (Mukand, Petron, WMI, Kone & Indef) with capacities ranges from 1 MT to 60 /60 MT.
•Overhauling & Assembling of gear boxes and alignment of motors
•Steel wire ropes & Crane Wheel inspection and replacement as per OEM catalog (Original Engineering Manufacturer)
•Grab, Hook block and Brakes (Thruster & Electro Magnetic Disc) servicing
• Crane Rail inspection, replacement and alignment work as per OEM catalog
•Ladle, Lifting chain and Brittle arm assembly maintenance work
•Revert crusher and Belt conveyor maintenance.
