• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirement and smooth audit closure
including tax audit.

• The specific intricacies required in preparing financial statements, computing
carry and private equity equalization.
• Having knowledge of waterfalls, IRR, Management fees and other performance

• Involvement in investor reporting process like distribution entry, NAV etc.
• Checking of Valuation of Portfolio companies with the help of valuation team.

• Preparation of Analytical Review points of Financials with detailed explanations for
Quarterly Limited Review of listed companies, preparation comparatives to know
variances on Q-o-Q, and Y-o-Y and financials ratio analysis.
• Checking and Verification of ledgers to match with financials to identify unusual
transaction, posting of entry and obtain reasoning of variances as comparatives.
• Checking and verification of debtors ageing report and creditors ageing report.
• Group reporting of financials of foreign private limited and listed companies.
• Checking of statutory compliances, CARO, guidance notes and accounting
standards for preparation of documents after understanding of client supporting,
evidence and nature of transactions.
• In depth Stock audit of listed company within standard framework. Risk based
audit Methodology for audit of financials.
• GST Audit of multi locations Private limited company.
• Checking USA Statutory compliance for Payroll such as 401 k, Medicare tax and
Social security for foreign subsidiaries.
• Checking for Preparations of Financials Reports and notes to accounts with
understanding of standards as per Ind AS, IGAAP and IFRS.

• Solely Handling and Preparing USA Subsidiary Books of Accounts in tally through Zoho
books & Quick books
• Handling domestic team and coordination with USA Team for updating books of accounts.
Preparing MIS of USA Entity and Management accounts /reports as per requirement
• Assisting and Coordination with USA-CPA Firm (KLR & CO.) for filing Federal Tax Return and
State Tax Return
• Analysis of Monthly P & L account and Balance sheet items through expenses and ledger
heads for variances.
• Assisting Preparing Standalone and Preparing Consolidation Balance sheet for corporate
