• Monitor and revise all outstations ramp charts to reflect EK operating plan and customer flight operations showing details of aircraft type, arrival and departure times. These charts to be amended due to seasonal changes in operating times, aircraft changes, frequencies of service and new destinations.

• Manage and update the station delay detail database to reflect the performance of all stations in their ability to manage delays.

• Produce the outstation staff training programs to reflect classroom attendance and OJT for basic and type training courses.

• Manage a comprehensive filing system to capture all outstation staff personnel and training details, station delays and ESR's as well as Engineers license and company approval.

• Manage and control all outstations contract file for service providers and customers, ensuring presence and validity through liaison with the MROE's control the renewal process of all contracts.

• Ensure the distribution of new and revised contracts follows started department procedures.

• Monitor that all manned stations monthly reports are received in a timely manner, are complete and detailed enabling an accurate understanding in real-time to enable the M.R.O.E.'s to ensure outstation operations are clearly understood and where required intervention takes place to correct any issues.

• Coordinate with MCC regarding new and existing stations contacts detail updates as well as the certification and staff availability and capability are accurate to support day to day requirements.

• Manage and maintain stock of all office stationary and through the direction of Duty officer raise MRE's, ITSR's, for replenishment of the stock. Highlight to Duty Officer areas of concern to stock or quality of safety equipment's.

• Under the direction and supervision of Duty Officer ensure relevant documents are provided by the staff in order to process the Airport passes (Temporary / Renewal /Permanent) in timely manner.

• Assist Duty Office with any ADHOC reports that needs to be done in.

• Manage to maintain Gap Remote items for outstations in liaison with Manager Maintenance Control.

• Maintain Station Information Notes - all outstation's file for accuracy of receipt record. Last issue OCT12 to be reviewed and accordingly the reminders to be sent for non-receipt stations.

•Support and maintain all admin activities within outstation's office.

Senior Flight Operations Training Executive في emirates/dnata

• Process Ground School Training forms (class room training) which include collection of Line Training forms from headquarters on a daily basis and distribution of forms.

• Follow up delays, no shows, last minute amendments done to individual rosters and cancellations are done following FTSM approval; consolidate information from staff on duty or Duty Officer at Crew Transport and Flight Operations Training.

• Liaise with NCC (Network Crew Control) - Day of Operations and Flight Training Planners on a daily basis.

• Manage the Ground Instructors with their daily roster and maintain their requirements on a daily basis.

• Cross check the trainer and trainee footprint with checklist before the start of a course so as to make sure everything is in order.

• Ensure all the training forms received as per daily roster, which are then scanned, attributed and made available in DOCUMENTUM and filed.

• Supply forms with low grades and watch list are given to the FTAC's/CFE/CFI office for watch list entry and review.

• Maintain records of all the incomplete and missing forms on the non-compliance report on SharePoint and regular follow ups done on the same with instructors/trainees with individual rosters available on CRUISE.

• Prepare attendance sheets for all Ground School Training on a daily basis based on the schedule available on MYMINT.

• Prepare certificates for all Initial training on Ground School and Third party coming in for training.

• Track all the SEP's (Initial and Recurrent) which is also being scanned, attributed and filed on a daily basis.

• Medical evaluation forms are printed off OGS and send to the relevant Doctor and CFI handling the case.

• Administer GCAA applications and all supporting documents from all trainees and send them off to Regulatory Affairs before start of CCQ and Upgrade courses.

• Admin & backup support for the Flight Training Admin Officer and Superintendent as and when required or requested to be carried out immediately.

• Provide backup to the Flight Training Admin Coordinators and all the other colleagues in their absence.

• Organize transport for all the pilots doing their Ground School Training, Observation Flights and Wet Lease Training on a daily basis. Maintaining EPACTS (Electronic Passenger And Crew Transport System) and Transport records with the latest transport requests, amendments and cancellations.

• Supervise and monitor all Emirates Engineering maintenance complex support systems to ensure their efficient operation.

• Monitor all support systems for possible breakdowns and take immediate steps in their rectification on a daily basis.

• Maintain and Quality check for an effective communication service for the engineering department in respect of telephone, telefax, and SITA facilities.

• Provide accurate on-line assistance and training to all users of communication equipment. Ensure that facilities staff provides an efficient operational service to all its users.

• Provide regular reports related to communications usage.

• Maintain day to day log on various services such as fire systems and building management system.

• Maintain a proper log record of all the international calls (personal or official) made by the users from their respective extensions.

• Raise Service Requests for all the users within the Engineering facility as per the requirements and follow up to see that the necessary action is taken and the services are rendered smoothly to the users in a minimum time frame.

• Manage the issuance of security passes to the vendors, trainers, trainees and other third parties visiting the engineering facility on a daily basis.
