Presently working as ‘Assistant Senior Manager - Electrical Maintenance Engineer’ in Sulphur complex having three different substations consisting one Main and others are Satellite substations. The plant has around 36 MW of connected load having 11 HT and 260 LT motors.
•Looking after various maintenance related activities of electrical equipments, troubleshooting, material and manpower management, contractors training and validations as well as shutdown related planning, scheduling & execution.
Routine Jobs
•Maintenance and troubleshooting activities of electrical switchgear involving PM/CM of HT/LT Motors, VCB/ACB breakers, HT/LT Feeders, Electrical Panels, Transformers, HVAC systems, VSD, Battery Banks, Battery Chargers, UPS, etc.
•Maintenance job planning like daily/weekly job planning & job specific HIRA preparations.
•Tracking records of Alarms & Trips of electrical apparatus and equipments.
•Plant lighting maintenance and material management.
•Maintaining & updating of documents like SLD drawings, SOP, SMP, ESS sheets.
•Contractor workers safety involving LFI sharing, toolbox talks, job specific trainings and validations.
•Various plants shut down related jobs planning, scheduling and execution.
•Implementing ‘Risk Assessment & HIRA procedure’ for IMS & Audit certification.
•CASHe projects, Special initiatives, suggestions & implementations regarding HSE.
•Auditing of CSM, ReSOP & PSSR.
•Hands on Experience with SAP v710 and Work Permit Systems.
Worked as Graduate Engineer Trainee for 11 months.
B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University
,Graduated in Electrical Engineering with First Class from Gujarat University (Ahmedabad) in 2007.
