Working as a Lead Maintenance & Shutdown Planning and scheduling engineer & Co-ordinator with Quest Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Working for the Client Exxon Mobil) Since Sep’-2019.
Currently handle the Maintenance Planning for Exxon Mobil, Cold Lake - Canada, MEGI & Hebron plants.
Ensures that effective planning & scheduling services are provided using best maintenance practices to Exxonmobil Plants.
Looking after all SAP activities related to plant equipment like Equipment Tag creation, Equipment Functional location creation, BOM generation, maintaining Equipment History, 2-series code generation for all spares and Special tools, PR generation and budget proposal preparation, PM notification generation as per PM scheduling, Material requisition in SAP, service entry of contractor invoice, etc.
Daily, weekly and monthly planning meeting coordinate with Operation, Instument, electrical and CES-R & CES-I team for job planning and execution at site with all safety precution and procedures.
Review and necessary correction done for the Long and short team Planning and scheduling ( 5 year Maintenance Plan, Annual Maintenance Plan, Half year, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily) for the all discipline from SAP and as per recommendation raised by CES- R and CES-I Team.
Create / Review Maintenance and Shutdown Budget proposal for Exxon Mobil plant.
Track and monitor TA budget at various Gate stage process.
Create / Review Work pack and Job pack for Worklist finalized after Gate-2 Process.
Prepare / Review detail task list for the various equipment shutdown jobs, i.e. Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column, Piping related job, PSV, Compressor and Pump related activities., etc
After approval of workpack load the tasklist into P6 and create the schedule with estimated Manpower, Material and P&M.
Create Purchase requisition and followup for Material which is identified for Shutdown job.
Provide assistance at site during shutdown execution period as per approved schedule.
Update and Publish daily progess report during shutdown period at Gate-4.
Provide 3 Shift look ahead plan to area wise and contractor wise for upcoming activities.
Publish the Plan Vs. Actual variance report to the management.
Provide assistance to create Lesson Learning after the Gate-5 of TA phase.
Publish Post Shutdown report and material reconciliation report to the management.
Closing the Shutown Project after Gate-6 Phase.
Moniter / Publish Plan Vs. Actual Budget cost variance.

Shutdown Handled:
Aug2020 to September2020 - Cold Lake Mahihkan P4 Plant 30 days duration shutdown with more than 400 workpacks.
November2019 - MEGI Plant 15 days 3 plant shutdown with more than 150 work pack in each plant.

• I worked in the Maintenance dept. of Petro chemical industries in Paraxylene Unit in Reliance industries limited as a Manager.
• Involved in Greenfield ZPX-4 (Capacity:-2300 KTPA) Project since Equipment arrival stage as a Maintenance Engineer. Made Responsible for the Tankage, Xylene Fractionation & ISOM Fractionation section equipment’s’ erection and commissioning.
• Prepare the all equipment maintenance schedule, Equipment foundation check sheet, Equipment on arrival inspection reports, ESS check sheet, etc.
• Planning and procurement of mechanical spare and consumable items and SAP codification for all new asset operational spares.
• Monitoring erection activity of pumps, vessels, heat exchanger, column internals, centrifugal compressor from its foundation readiness to commissioning activity.
Daily maintenance activity planned as per SAP schedule and work on SAP system.

• I worked in the Plant Maintenance dept. of United Phosphorus limited as Asst. Manager.
• Handle the general plant maintenance activity for Breakdown & Preventive maintenance on regular basis.

Erection and commissioning of New Capex of all plants starting from procurement to water trial and handover to process.

• I worked in the Plant Maintenance dept. of Petro chemical industries in AROMATIC UNIT in Reliance industries limited as a Manager.
• Handle the general plant maintenance activity for Breakdown & Preventive maintenance on regular basis.

• Completed one project of mancozeb 40 T/Day in Indofil and other expansion project commissioning work completed and started.
