At Multi Seeds Company Limited, I was responsible for developing Sales and marketing plans that drive sales and revenue for the company and the implementation of the same.
With greater communication and negotiation skills, I was also responsible for developing strategic relations with stakeholders including customers through providing excellent customer service which improved the company's reputation and eventually achieved increased company revenue.
I was also a departmental liaison officer from which I managed to implement effective internal marketing strategies which improved inter-personal and inter-departmental relationships which is vital in delivering value to customers.
I was also amongst the team that developed the company's value chain to improve work systems for the company.
With greater leadership skills, my team successfully achieved and exceeded sales targets by 40% in the year 2020 and 2021.
I did and yet to be published my project on the topic ' evaluating customers' perception towards shopping applications' I attended conferences one of which was Entrepreneurship Week " igniting business brilliance"
