Lead & Supervise the actives for POV & Commissioning of: Combined cycle GT power plants (2*335MW-Electrical BOP), Sea water intake substation-ATA substation, Condensate treatment center & Water Treatment plant at Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA), Abu Dhabi
* conduct POD Electrical meetings with sub-contractors, Man power handling, work flow and project flow management for pre operation verification, commissioning, troubleshooting & Defects clearance
* Follow test, functionality procedures and execute the work on time with the compliance of safe PTW-LOTOV work behavior. Review & approve schemes and test records
* Conduct Site Acceptance test (SAT), Functional Demonstrations and plant systems (UPS, MCCs, LV DBs, Lighting, Earthing, MV switchgears, LV & MV motors, panels, GPP, GCB, Station service-LCI-Excitation-Unit auxiliary & GSU transformers & GIS interface panels) handover to client along with all necessary documentations
* Construction Site Inspection, supervise contractors, client-contractor coordination, Planning for Man-Method & Material towards successful execution.
Quality Control, Testing and commissioning of LV switchgears (MCC, MDB, MOV, SMDB, EMDB, DB, ESMDB, PCC, APFC, VFD panels etc)
To ensure: Insulation Resistance Test, High Voltage, CT analysis, Current injections, Relays & Breakers Testing, Red pen preparation, Documents and drawing approval in accordance with IEC standards, IP and Type test technical standards.
ISO forms and formats preparation for Quality control, Factory and Site commissioning.
Issuing QC Certification, Documentation, Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests
Various control metering equipments, protection Relay, MCCBs, ACBs, VCBs configuration
Following company’s quality policy for deliver quality products & preparing ISO documents related to quality like Calibration Record, Raising NCRs against quality deviations and ERP process
Handle Production department man power to ensure quality standards.
Checking of drawings, Panel BOMs, Schematic, GA, Controls Drawings, wirings
Functional and Standardizations & LV switch Gears Site Testing, Commissioning and coordination with Clients Systems in site testing and commissioning.
Site management -Site Planning & Site Co ordination: conduct Daily meeting with clients, Man power handling, work flow and project flow management by effective utilization of MS Projects 2007 & 2010, construction-erection-Testing and commissioning, Defects clearance, inspections & Execution
Conduct Site Acceptance test(SAT), Site Take over and handover process(TOC), clearance of Defects after Take Over (DATO), System Trouble shooting, Snag clearance and plant systems handover to client.
Documentation and Reporting: Provide monitoring & approval for Method statements, work permits, Transmittals & Testing commissioning Protocols and client submittals, Red pen release, cloud storage management and document control.
Man & Material Handling: Electrical Panels & MEP works, Instrumentation installations supervision, process-site Heat Recovery Steam Generation maintenance, Stream Water Analysis System (HACH), Carbon Emission Monitoring System control (Emerson) and coordination.
MCC, GE Digital Control System, Inverter panel, Automatic Lighting control and other electrical and instrumentation panels- Trouble shooting, Loop checks, QC, Testing & commissioning.
Various control metering equipments, protection Relays, Circuit breakers settings & configuration
HSC & Project Security: Coordinating with sub-contractors (AMTC, BinGhalib) and OEM (UNIS, Emerson, GE & Hach) towards work flow and issues clearance.
Operation and Commissioning of Plant Electrical Utility and E&I Maintenance
Shift and Man power handling, operation of various relays, VCB, ACB, sensors, pneumatic, hydraulic & electronic instruments.
Commissioning and operations of HT panels, HT Motors, LT panels, PDBs and MCCs.
Implementing Preventive Maintenance Plan in to carry out PM in the plant equipments.

Ensure Nil Breakdown, trouble shoot & clearance in world’s largest Process house of Terry Towel unit-Pre Treatment Range, Color Pad Batch, Washing Range, Pad Steam, Anglada finishing range, color kitchen-machineries and Process laboratory E&I.
Work with TPM, TUV, ISO9001-2008, Safety systems-HIRA, OHASAS & SAP ECC6.
Motor -HT panels- soft starter- Transformer- Generator-All types of MPR relay operation and setting coordination for motor load and no load soft startups
Control design, Testing, Marketing commissioning & servicing of Harmonic Free Series Reactor soft starter (440V-13.8KV :1KW-37MW Motors)
Perform factory Quality, PLC control & Functional Testing, HV Test-Up to 29Kv, Torque Testing, Secondary Injection, Primary Injection, IR Test On Panels & cables
Erection & commissioning of motor Start and Run Soft Starter with Compressors, Rolling Mills, Conveyor, ID fan and chillers etc., at Steel plants, cement plants, Oxygen plants, Textile Industries, Automobile Industries, L&T Pumping stations and Hydro plants
Projects handled in throughout India and Overseas for MV & LV soft starters, MCC, PCC, APFC panels and switch gears commissioning.
