•Attend PMCC walkthroughs for packages 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
•Conducting walkthroughs, punch listing, and snagging for using FSIgo application.
•Downloading reports from CAFM of all walkthroughs, punch listings, and snagging.
•Going to the sites to close the open items for verification and submitting the reports.
•Updating daily tracker, building handover, and weekly progress reports.
•Handling Technical Hard Services
•Checking all the job cards before closing in the CAFM through Helpdesk
•Check all the job cards for DLP assignments.
•Weekly update meeting progress with the Contractor
•Constantly coordinating with KIC(Contractor) for the repair needed for all under warranty buildings that were handed over.
•Provision of technical support and advice in Architectural, Building, and Civil Engineering disciplines.
•Carry out regular and planned Building Fabric inspections and surveys of all the buildings on the Female and Male Campus and shared facilities.
•Supervise the space planning requirements within the site.
•Assist with the management of the FF&E Asset Management.
•Assist with the management and operation of the Permit to Work System

•Assisting in producing maintenance-related Risk Assessments and Method Statements in support of the maintenance department activities.
•Review project documents as required (drawings, material and technical submittals) ensuring they comply with the original design intent.
•Carry out site inspections to ensure the site meets expectations in terms of accessibility, maintainability, and operability.
•Assist with training and mentoring in safe working practices
•Participate in the Out of Hours Emergency Call Out rotation

•Handling more than 150 multicultural nationalities along with the Engineers, Supervisors, Hard Services, and Soft Services team.

•Closely in coordination with the Finance Department every month to raise the monthly invoices.
•Closely following up with the client for all the payment issues
•Prepare monthly income revenue to be submitted to the higher-ups.
•Dealing with any subcontractor's work as per client request.

•Handling mobile technical team and janitorial services
•Prepares daily schedule visit of mobile team to the clients
•Prepares request of materials/tools/consumables required for the job
•Prepares material/consumable quotation as per contract to get approval from the client
•Constantly checking the schedule and manpower progress to deliver efficient services to the clients in a timely manner
•Assures that the job is done in a proper way and the cost is not overboard
•Constantly updating the scheduler to close the open tickets as per schedule
•Assures that PPM will be conducted and done accordingly as per the schedule
•Attends to emergency cases and coordinates with the assigned mobile team to resolve the issue
•Coordinates with the clients regarding any major or minor issues to address and gives adequate and efficient solutions for repair
•Prepares proposal estimates for any additional job/renovation as per clients’ request
•Interacting with any subcontractor as per clients’ requirements
•Performs special inspections as per clients’ request related to the job
•Prepares and sends report directly to the clients regarding monthly report progress visits as per contract
•Prepares needed supporting documents for invoicing the client as per accounts request
•Coordinates to account for any subcontractors’ pending payments

•Constantly checking with the janitor supervisor and janitorial manpower daily, to assure the cleaning satisfactory of the client will be met
•Assures that all janitorial manpower will be on site on time
•Assures all the cleaning checklists will be done accordingly
•Assures that all cleaning materials are always available
•Prepares request for cleaning consumables
•Prepares cleaning consumable quotation as per client request
•Coordinates with the clients regarding deep cleaning services as per contract to be implemented monthly
•Visit the clients from time to time to keep a good relationship

• Checks and verifies RPO if the estimates are correct.
• Coordinates with all proponents regarding RPOs/Work Orders prior to execution of the Job.
• Assigns designated Foreman to handle/supervise specific Work Orders.
• Orders all materials and coordinate with the vendors/sub-contractors needed to complete
all Work Orders/Jobs.
• Regularly visits the sites and coordinates with the Foreman regarding the status of the work
and gives adequate supervision to meet projected workload and maintain cost effective
operations.
• Checks the accuracy of the finished work if it is in accordance & in conformity with the
specifications requirements.
• Maintains closed coordination with the Project Manager regarding project status.
• Communicates and discusses with all the proponents to close and sign the acceptance of
the job.
• Performs such other similar and/or related tasks and functions as may be assigned from
time to time by the immediate superior.
