Reporting directly to the CEO with multiple areas of responsibility for overseeing the development of drivvn's business goals. Working as the Programme/Business Director for Stellantis to develop the eCommerce Selling Online Solution, the rollout of stores into new markets and brands concurrently and identifying new Product opportunities. Defining the drivvn Product Vision and Strategy, managing the Product and UX teams to complete Goals and Initiatives alongside delivery and execution of the programme.
•Working closely with the CEO to align Product and Business Strategy - providing a rapid rollout SaaS eCommerce Solution deployable to multiple markets in parallel, quadrupling Stellantis licensing revenue inside nine months and ensuring readiness for any potential IP sale.
•Leadership and successful completion of a significant business restructuring, leveraging technology and adjusting process to improve SaaS rollout times by 89% with additional cost savings of 249%
Responsible for the programme management of the Groupe PSA engagement including full financial control, business development and senior stakeholder management. Key projects include the delivery of multiple e-commerce platforms, Electric Vehicles, and rapid rollouts to new markets. Technologies include AWS, Azure and ForgeRock whilst working with a variety of brands including Peugeot, Citroen, and DS in a range of markets including the high-profile France home market.
•Full accountability for the delivery of end-to-end engagements within PSA including the continued rollout of a SaaS solution to provide a full end-to-end eCommerce solution for the purchase of a vehicle for B2C, B2B and B2E customers. Providing direct leadership and oversight for the delivery and implementation of the engagements, taking personal accountability for each, and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
•Identification of new opportunities for existing and new clients. This has resulted in a net revenue increase of £4million within six months from expansion into additional brands and work streams.
IT Delivery Lead and Service Owner for the core Protection Platform; an AWS hosted digital technology platform allowing intermediaries to source, underwrite, compare, and sell multiple protection products.
• Provided incisive thought leadership on Digital Transformation and Agile methodologies that are now underpinning the programme, delivering much earlier Business value, first to market opportunities and valuable consumer exposure.
• Full remit for the budgetary management of a multi-million-pound programme, with both direct and indirect costs, third party invoice processing, cost negotiations and vendor management.
Programme Manager for the creation of a proof-of-concept Business Intelligence Management AWS application and a Dubai based Waste Management Company for an ‘Internet of Things’ AWS application.
• Contractual and Personnel Management of globally distributed vendors and individuals to deliver the required infrastructure and code to aggressive deadlines
• Preparation of complete detailed technical proposal including recommendations, technical design, system architecture, infrastructure, costings, and ROI.
Drove delivery of the complete front-to-back Open Banking Programme as part of the regulatory CMA Retail Banking investigation and PSD2 for Commercial Banking
