• Richard's Bay: Prepared laid up vessel and budget for towing to dry dock and liaised with towage contractor and negotiated the contract
• Durban: Arranged dry docking of same vessel for extensive refurbishment. Obtained quotes and took delivery of mechanical spares for main engine and generator rebuild. Worked closely with the dry docking contractors as well as the Class and Flag Surveyors for registration of the vessel once refloated
• Project completed on time and within budget
