When Sport Chalet was purchased I knew the writing was on the wall. I jumped at the opportunity to drive a staffing agency and learn about a totally new industry. The company uses a flat organization model and I enjoy the team atmosphere. Working directly with area human resource managers and business development managers has accelerated my professional growth. I believe the time has come to use these skills with a new team.
