Processed suspect samples as they arrived, for despatch to the relevant companies for analysis. Set up and maintained relational database to analyse these results. Responsible for recording analysis results and producing reports to members.

• Set up chain-of-evidence procedures and administered sample/evidence store.
• Liaised closely with security directors and legal departments of the member companies, as well as with senior officials of national and international enforcement agencies and the World Health Organisation. Organised meetings of member companies of the PSI. Secretary to the Board.
• Worked closely with national and international agencies, including WHO, UK Medicines Control Agency and US Food & Drugs Administration - Office of Criminal Investigations and Interpol.

Produced reports for dissemination to relevant authorities on specific cases, including to the US Trade Representative and the European Commission. Produced media-response paper for the PSI.
