Currently I am the overall in charge of the Office Furniture operations for Dubai and Abu Dhabi which includes Furniture, Fit-Out. Flooring and FF&E.
Providing strategic support to the sales teams in exploiting new market opportunities for existing product lines and setting direction for the company by defining short/long range objectives and mission of the company;
Overall In-charge of one of the Company's branch. Responsibilities included leading a team of Sales personnel, setting sales targets & ensuring the targets are met, indentifiying & developing business from other emirates.
