• Coordinate with Tool House dispatcher (Expeditor) for expending the outstanding materials requisition and for acknowledging received material in DRSS
• Coordinate with Marine logistics for shipping and receiving Drilling tool and equipment’s
• Coordinate with Aviation and Boat dispatcher for the personnel movement especially crew change and book them same, Arrange mail services and taxis.
• Create DRSS requests (Approval not Required), (Approval Required) such as drilling mud, casing, tubing, well-head material, crossovers, completion material, service engineers, inspection crew, diesel, drilling water, cement, gasoline, office material, safety equipment’s, drinking water, rotatable equipment’s, drilling bits, rental and loan tools and Physically check the received drilling materials, tools and Equipment’s to ensure that the quantity received is correct, Serial number, LVA number or the Capital Assets number numbers is correct and agrees with the Shipping Manifest documentation.
• Create Waste Manifests and update the system
• Keep track on Mud samples submitted in addition to noting it on the morning report
• Register all incoming rotatable equipment/tools and place them in the designated area.
• Acknowledge Receiving Materials Manifest through the SAP system.
• Maintain copies in either the Drill Bits or the Aramco tools inventory files
• Create Shipping Manifest in the SAP system and manifest any materials or rotatable equipment’s/ tools transferred to another rig
• Maintain control of the various Aramco inventories, such as bits, tools, communications and computer equipment
• Maintain the rig reports, bookkeeping and the rig filing systems such as, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports, update Well Materials Tracking Report for reconciliation, collect and file Safety reports and other clerical job.
• Attend telephone calls when the rig foremen are out of the office, answer radios and coordinate with the boats and chopper.
