Provides executive and personal support/assistance, working closely with the MD
Providing a wide variety of administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Performing minor accounting duties
Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Preparing and circulating Board packs and taking down MoM. Following up on actions afterwards.
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters
Arrange complex and detailed itineraries, travel plans, and agendas
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
Involved in budget planning
Organising events and partnering with charity organisations.
Responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly
Overseeing administrative support
Keeping track of invoices and monthly expenses
Managing office expenditures and budgets
Planning and setting budgets
Manages all office-related service agreements, contracts, and accounts.
Liaising with facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.
