Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible in the processing of all technical, materials, supplier approval and drawing submittals. Maintain submittal and drawing register, drawing files and keep them up to date. File drawings Issued for Construction, superseded and “as-built” drawings and maintain logs.
Maintain and update drawings in the stick files.
Arrange for printing of all drawings and documents as required.
Prepare Document Transmittal Form (DTF) to Engineering Department and other department Technical Queries, Technical Submittals that require Engineering Department review and comments.
Prepare transmittal to Custodian Department of the facilities completed, transmit, deliver and/or pick-up the turnover documents, O&M manuals and other related documents as may be required by the Department including office supplies and equipment.
Responsible for maintaining all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, typing, distribution, sorts-out, filing record and keeps all the record or filing system up to date. Responsible for distribution of Request, Faxes, etc.

In-charge in applying vehicle sticker for all employees working inside aramco facilities, requesting and scheduling aramco ID Card. For all employee and maintaining data log for ID Badge/Sticker of aramco in day to day basis. Initiate proper documentation of all documents at site. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database.

Assisting safety in propagating & promulgating safety rules in the office/site, procedures & standards to all employee and visitors and following upon these when necessary so that they will not injured themselves or others. Helping them to implement company's statement policy for safe work site such as safety policies and safety standards. Authority to stop work in the field in case of observing imminent danger situation and stop work order will retain in effect until the situation is corrected. Assist in conducting toolbox meeting in all workers, foreman & engineers. Assist in Investigate accidents, incident, near misses, major & minor injuries & reporting to HSE Manager. Enforce appropriate measures to obtain good housekeeping conditions.

I have provided my administrative support and full services to my team, under the supervision of Mr. Zyad J. Qarri Area Construction Manager and with his Two Resident Engineers. My works includes Correspondence, Data encoding, Processing of documents, Technical Submittals, Technical Queries, and Processing of all Safety Issues and encoding data to Electronic Data Management System (EDMS). Monitoring and distribution of all the incoming and outgoing correspondence and other office duties as well as providing support and assistance to my team.
