Responsible for Pre-Commissioning, Commssioning Proper, Post-Commissioning, and Punchlist Close-Out of all Elevated Stations at ArRiyadh New Mobility Line 3 Project and ensure the functionality of all equipment and MEP Installed systems are in good working condition prior to endorsement for Final T&C.
Supervision & Execution MEP Works for multiple High Rise Residential/Commercial/Land Development Projects simultaneously.
Supervision of multiple MEP Staff and Subcontractors for multiple projects.
Preparations of Materials/Labor Estimates, Bill of Quantities (BoQ's) which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Low Current, and Vertical Transportation Systems.
Facilitates Pre-Bid/Post-Bid Meeting & Clarification Meetings for various Supply & Install as well as Supply & Delivery MEP Works Packages.
Preparations/Submission/Review of Shop Drawings, Request for Informations (RFI's), as well as Value Engineering Proposals
Facilitates Regular MEP Works Coordination Meetings.
Preparations of Additive/Dedictive Change Orders in the event of Design Revisions/Upgrade.
Evaluates Monthly Progress Billings of various MEP Subcontractors.
Supervision & Execution of multiple Electrical/Low Current Commercial Fit-Out Projects.
Attend Pre-Bid/Clarification Meetings for Project under Tendering Stage.
Preparation/Submission of Shop Drawing, Materials Submittal, and Value Engineering Proposals.
Preparations/Submission of Request for Informations (RFI's) and Request for Quotations (RFQ's) for projecfs under Tendering Stage.
Preparation/Submission of montly accomplishments and progress billings.
Preparation/Submission of Variation Orders in the event of Design Revision/Upgrade.
