• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Developing job description involves developing, reviewing, and maintaining job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
• Collaborating with department managers to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and reflect current responsibilities and qualifications.
• Ensuring job descriptions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Job Analysis involves Evaluating job tasks, responsibilities, and requirements to degerming appropriate compensation level, job classification, salary structure and employment development.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications for selected candidates.
• Preparing Offer letters for both (White- and Blue-collar jobs).
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate teams to resolve.
• Keep track of the onboarding process for new joiners, right from the date of offer to date of join and following with PRO for visa and other necessary documents.
• Collecting passport copy and other related documents for visa and Emirates Id processing and the same is maintained as hard and soft copies.
• Coordinate all matters related to work permits, visas and cancellation.
• Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary.
• Maintain Human Resources Information System so as to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable general and local laws.
• Track employee separations to ensure timely repatriation.
• Maintain the Mobilization tracker and ensure data integrity is maintained at the highest standard.
• Create and maintain filing systems.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Other Administrative Support:
• Preparing and sending management reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Contacting Manpower suppliers and collecting documents for registration, such as (POA, Trade license (UAE), Demand letters, Sponsors - PP and EID, Owners (PP, Visa, EID copy), Authorized & Specimen Signatory, Agency international trade license, Trade centers with photos, Overseas trade license and Collection of Security deposit Cheque.
• Preparing Service Level Agreements and submitting for approval from legal department.
• Preparing demand letters and once it is signed and approved. Candidates are recruited for Blue-collar requirement for the construction sites.
• Coordinating with Finance department with reference to security deposit collection.
• Maintaining Job portals (Bayt and LinkedIn), Mourjan, FB.
Special Recruitment projects:
• Recruited candidates for VIP’s office - (PRO’s, Male Receptionist, HR Officer, Light Vehicle drivers, Female receptionist and administrative executives).
• Processing candidates’ documents for Clients as when required.
• Coordinating with HR Specialist teams for smooth deployment.

Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Deployment:
 Handled complete recruitment for Blue collar and White-collar requirements.
 Placing advertisement in Job portals.
 Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting CVs & sending it to the client for approval and arranging for interview.
 Prepare offer letters for the selected candidates and performs reference& background checks.
 Updating the candidates who are unsuccessful in their interview with feed-backs.
 Coordinate with the selected candidates on completing the necessary documents required for labor approvals and visa processing.
 Ensure relevant documents are scanned and stored as hard and soft copies in their respective folders and systems.
 Coordinate with PRO for processing labor cards, visas and update the client accordingly.
 Update the candidates and operations the status of medical fitness, labor approval, visa & emirates id.
 Ensure that each candidate status is updated in the system as well as coordinate with the financial department for the necessary updates.
 Communicate with client, new joiners and travel department to carry out smooth deployment.
 Ensure new joiners’ arrival and the same is updated to the necessary departments and in system.
Visa & Passport Renewal:
 Update the fresh visa and passport details on the system with the expiration dates in the system.
 Run monthly reports on visas and passport expiration dates of the staffs before two months in advance to carry out smooth operation and inform the same to the relevant departments, staff and clients.
 Follow up with the staff regarding the renewal of their passports before the time line.
 Ensure that the required documents for the visa and passport renewal are collected and submitted to the PRO at least 3 weeks before expiration.
 Follow-up with the PRO regarding the renewals of documents.
 Update the staffs once the visas, passports and labor cards are renewed and the same is updated in the system.
 Ensure that the staffs are provided with the copies of renewed passport and visa as per the agreement with clients.
Administrative HR Support:
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports and send it to the respective teams.
 Provide administrative support on other HR activities as required.
 Maintain legal demand set with reference to the requirement and ensure that the documents are authorized from labor departments for overseas recruitment.
 Tracking attendance and maintaining leave records.
 Training new employees.
