Mentor the new and existing FWD and FWO through joint field work.

Responsible to enhance the technical ability, critical thinking with effective and efficient strategy to immediately address the arise situation.
Responsible for performing the training needs, analysis, design, develop and deliver the curriculum, learning materials and other training modules.
Evaluate, improve, modify and develop training curriculum to enhance effectiveness.
Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growth of newly solicited accounts.
Identifying potential clients for various deposit, loan and investment products of the Bank.
Conducting presentations and facilitates marketing activities to introduce the different products of the Bank.
Maintaining strong business relationship with existing clients.
Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions to address clients’ protection, long-term savings and investment needs.
Strengthen the long-term relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Ensures the administrative and logistical needs of the Operations Department are promptly and satisfactorily met.
Complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication and excellent organizational skills and must respond quickly to changes, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operations.
Human Resources phase such as recruitment, training and placement.
Generate profits and revenues for the Company through the efficient and customized services for the Company’s clients.
