• Stock management including enquiry, checking for availability, making of purchase orders etc.

• Handling customer queries over the counter.
• Receiving Documents from various destinations/sources.
• Scanning of Documents.
• Ensuring Restrictive endorsement on Documents.
• Maintaining MIS for Documents.
• Telephonic handling of customer’s queries.
• Coordination b/w various Bank Branches in terms of collection.
• Working in different types of software (Adobe, Trims etc.)
• Daily reconciliation of documents, receiving/ and sending to processing centre.
After my graduation,I have done a diploma in managment information system from NIIT, Delhi India.
