•Perform Bookkeeping, following JRS Procedures.
•Ensure the smooth running of the office and ensures proper accounting of the project in Jbeil and be responsible to the project director.
•All supporting documents are provided and attached to vouchers.
•All supporting documents, vouchers and invoices are scanned, filed and archived.
•The monthly financial report is, and its timely transmission, sent together with all supporting documents, to the Country Office.
•Ensure that:
-All transactions are properly recorded.
-Voucher are numbered and reconciled.
-Cash reconciliations are duly done (weekly).
