I participated with SOS in the GESS 2015 exhibition and I was responsible to promote the services that the company provides, communicate with the clients and translate to Arabic when needed.
This was one of my amazing experiences in my company that I spent more than 3 years where I was directly responsible for the communication with the clients from different countries like UAE, Egypt, Tunis, Jordan, UK..etc. In addition to schedule meetings and placing clients' orders and making sure that they received them on time.
My main responsibilities were,
•Reporting to the President and working closely with franchisees, I was responsible for managing and implementing all marketing activities to help support and drive sales.
•Assessing market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
•Bringing out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
•Locating areas of improvements and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
•Staying abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
•Meeting goals and metrics and sustaining them throughout the year.
•Responsible for Social Media activities.
•Selling, demonstrating and promoting specific products to potential clients.
•Checking inventory to ensure product availability and following up with clients about their orders.
•Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email in order to maintain good customer relationship.
•Visual merchandiser.

•Evaluated event-related contracts with sponsors
•Managed and lead a team of hosts and hostesses throughout events and concerts
•Preparing and delivering reports and key metrics to highlight the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management
•Researching and suggesting marketing automation tools that could improve our lead generation campaigns
