RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (Word - Excel - PowerPoint).
 Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

 Training team new members on department workflows and Telecom Egypt interaction.
 Coordinate the filing of hard and soft copy records including maintaining accurate records of the department archiving and filing system.
 Review paper work and other sheets on a daily basis to update them with the most recent feedback as well as filing them.
 Assist with administration: prepare work orders and invoices, update database and communicate with internal teams such as Sales Coordinators, Engineers, Technical Representatives and Finance to accomplish daily work.
 Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales coordinators, engineers, technical representatives and finance to accomplish daily work and update project managers with progress.
 Responsible for issuing work orders for all Enterprise customers at Telecom Egypt.
 Provide administrative support for the entire Enterprise technical department to provide them with all Enterprise customers’ info.
