Coordinates, disseminates and liaise flight information with concerned departments. Meet and assist passengers. Send mayfly reports every day to the General Manager and concerned departments. Updates, submits flight statistics and charge notes. Prepares reports and communications, which includes answering telephone calls and radios. Responsible in disbursements of petty cash and receives information regarding flight details. Assist the manager in preparing office concerns like preparing and submitting of attendance reports of the department.

· Work staff in International Conference and activities of the office
· Deals with the different offices and units of the University
· Prepares Memos and Notices
· Responsible in the different activities of the university
· Assist the Vice President in planning such as tuition fees, procedural manuals
· Responsible in disbursements of funds
· Operates office equipments such as fax machine, Xerox machine
· Coordinate with various groups outside pertaining University matters.
