-Develop program initiatives and outlines.
-Develop best practices to improve overall program performance.
-Coordinate and supervise the overall process of case management applied in the program.
-Support capacity-building of program implementation partners (community-based organizations or structures, self help groups, local NGOs or local authorities) to ensure the long-term sustainability of service delivery and ongoing development of the program unit in the future.
-Coordinate the development of a comprehensive project service package in cooperation with partners.
-Regularly report on program activities, progress towards targets and relevant functions and/or child
protection authorities as required by national legislation.
-Ensure quality management within the program and implement the recommendation from national and international quality audits and/or evaluations.
-Ensure that proper monitoring and evaluation system is put in place and applied in the program.
-Lead the self-evaluation and/or external evaluation processes of program.
-Implement the program database, monitor the quality of data entry, use database reports for planning monitoring and evaluation, support users with content questions, collects regularly information about new content updates and suggestions from program staff.
-Implement financial and administrative procedures within the project unit in accordance with defined
policies, guidelines and standards and in consultation with financial support staff.
-Monitor budget expenditures in the project unit, in order to ensure that funds are properly used and in line with the annual plan and budget.
-Continually look for ways to provide quality services in a cost-effective manner.
-Document and share good practices and lessons learned within the project unit to support organizational learning.
-Provide legal Consultations to the program beneficiaries.
- Follow up on beneficiaries' cases until the date of case closing file.
-Send schedule of expenses required for legal consultations on a monthly basis and closing all financial advances.
- Submit monthly reports related to legal consultations.
-Supervise the implementation of the work plan by the center's staff, inside and outside the center.
- Preparing the work plan of the center.
- Propose amendments and develop an action plan based on the changing needs of the targeted community.
- Participate in the implementation of the Center's financial and administrative operations.
- Attend meetings with staff on a regular basis to discuss the implementation process of the action plan
-Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
-Attend meetings of the sector with other institutions working in the same field when necessary.
-Provide legal consultation for external and internal beneficiaries.
-File cases.
- Issue legal papers (I.D, marriage certificate, police report).
-Provide awareness discussion with targeted beneficiaries about their legal rights.
-Provide legal consultation in RSP team for beneficiaries,
-follow up on cases, and extract legal papers for children and caregivers (I.D, death certificate, guardianship papers, drop of guardianship).
-Member of the procurement committee. (Check legal papers given by inventories make decision
about the legal credibility of the offer; supervise the process of the committee on making the right
decision.
-Assess families’ situation and study their case to give out the necessary aid.
- Do a field check on the environment where benefited family live .
-Member of the( Syrio-lebanese committee) working on the legal transferring of the Syrian children who
are resided in Lebanon to Syria .
-Interviewing and advising clients.
-Explaining complex legal matters to clients.
-Attend court sessions and provide defenses.
-Drafting contracts.
- Preparing accounts on behalf of a legal practice.
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation.
- Registration of the case in the office of the competent court.
