Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented
Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
Identify hazards, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of supervision (and record).
Assist HSE Supervisor/Engineer in collating BU monthly HSE reports and work injury statistics.
Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce.
Deliver HSE training programmes to employees, hand material over to HSE trainers and audit effectiveness after.
Produce pertinent toolbox talks with identification of proactive and reactive issues for communication and collection of constructive feedback.
Collate HSE training registers and produce statistical training reports.
Prepare safety posters, hazard flashes, safety campaign promotional materials and the results of safety incentive schemes.
Manage and devise the agenda & distribute minutes for Health & Safety meetings. Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.
Keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Group HSE Director
-Prepares agenda and conducts staff meeting.
-Prepares project proposals.
-Prepares programs and schedule of activities.
-Leads staff in assessment and evaluation of activities held.
-Checks curriculum and lesson plans.
-Reports to the project board.
-Catalyst for child's development (physical, spiritual, cognitive and socio-emotional aspect)
-Prepares lesson plans and quarterly curriculum.
-Prepares and purchases materials for teaching.
-Teaches kids.
-Conducts tutorials.
-Conducts school and home visits to assess child development.
-Reports directly to Project Director.
