 Manage and maintain the GM/MD schedules and calendars & company’s visiting directors calendars, travels, meetings, hotel reservations, airline bookings, prepare their itineraries with proper coordination and all other logistics needs
 Maintain proper coordination to ensure the General Manager and visiting directors are well organized in their daily schedule, task and other executive functions be in the office and or traveling for business and or leisure purposes
 Respond to public inquiries and/or direct it to specific department/office staff and over-all in-charge of office administration
 Assist and act in a confidential capacity to the GM/MD
