Clinical Roles:
Attends to sick associates in the hotel as well as in the Associates accommodation
Responds to medical emergency situations in the hotel as well as in Associates accommodation
Visits hotel guests requesting medical assistance and advises hotel management accordingly.
Enrolls new associate for medical insurance as per the associates’ entitlement.
Processes the cancellation of insurance for leavers.
Takes seriously ill associates to hospital, where necessary
Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures, and ensures all associates are aware of emergency procedures at all times.
HR Roles:
Booking Air ticket for the staffs.
Preparing punch in & out details for payroll purposes.
Prepares all medical documents of associates for new visa, renewal of visas and
occupational health card purposes (passport, visa, photograph and insurance copy)
Monitor progress of laboring mothers, interpret fetal heart monitor and notify physician when appropriate for progress or problems. Assist mother and labor coach with breathing exercises, pain management techniques and administer pain medication as ordered. Prepare birthing room for delivery using strict sterile technique.
Assist physician with initiation of pitocin inductions and monitor progress of labor: mix IV pitocin drips, adjust flow rate or pump according to physician's orders, while being alert for abnormalities or problems.
Document nursing care properly on chart forms, birth certificates, and computer.
Postpartum, Prenatal & postnatal care
Assisting Doctors in out patient department as well as minor surgeries
Identifies the illnesses that provide the most threat to the community and takes part in educating the public on how to avoid and treat these illnesses.
Scheduled patient admissions and discharges.
Assess patient status and notify physicians of clinical changes.
Provide direct nursing care to the patients.
Providing comfort and support, and maintaining the appropriate paperwork.
Utilizes data from the home visit and the doctor's treatment plan to shape the patient's recovery needs.
Medical Surgical Ward
Assessment of patients, plan of treatment, treatment, reassessment and discharge. Also assess their needs for other disciplines and medical equipment for home use.
Follow up on patients and case manage patient at times with Diabetes, Ortho, Neuro, GI, GU, respiratory and cardiac problems.
