● Ensures sales targets are met in the defined products monthly, quarterly and annually.
● Proven excellent sales track record.
● Perform daily sales operation; managing to complete the sales cycle right from prospecting to closing the deal until the delivery,
● Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
● Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to
the Division Manager.
● Understand the overall market competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and
strategize how to sell against them.
● Communicate and transact with suppliers regarding new products and product enhancement.
● Prepares monthly order proposal of the products as per the movement, current stocks and in- transit.
● Provide detailed monthly sales forecasts of the products model wise.
● Prepares annual business plans in coordination with the Division Manager and execute these plans to exceed the assigned
revenue targets.
● Maintain the highest quality of showroom display and hygiene standards
● Propose and execute management promotion campaigns for the products and handle the promotional materials needed.
● Consistent follow up with potential and existing customers to promote new and current products while keeping their record to
ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations. Sells products by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
● Handle telephone calls, scheduling sales calls and cold calling to determine customer needs and follow up on queries and quotes.
● Carry out all post Sales activities after closing the deal to ensure the delivery of the motorcycle on time.
● Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and obtain feedback
on product quality and services.
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
● Ensure 100% data entry in the system for walk-in and existing customers, telephone, website inquiries and with proper
follow up.
● Actively participates in planning and executing marketing activities.
● Demonstrate and provide information on products and services.
● Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
● Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
● Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
